The House is one of a terrace, on two floors with private car parking to the front.  There is a south facing sun terrace at the back overlooking Oleander bushes and other flowering plants.

Downstairs there is a main entrance, kitchen, under stairs toilet, dining area, living area and access to the outside terrace through glass sliding patio doors. 

Upstairs there is a front bedroom with a double bed, a back bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower and wash hand basin. 

The house is No Smoking throughout and smokers are requested to respect this and use the sun terrace outside if they wish to smoke.

Habitable space is 50 square metres plus outside terrace and is suitable for 4 to 6 people

Bedrooms are equipped with bedside lamps, bedside units, wardrobes and drawer units.

Ample bedding and towels for use in the house are provided unless otherwise requested. Beach towels are also provided.  A discount maybe available if guests wish to provide their own bed linen and towels.
